Returns and Exchanges

We stand by our product and guarantee your satisfaction! If you’re not satisfied, return for a full refund or exchange.

Please fill out the Return/Exchange Form on the back of your packing slip and return with your shipment. Place completed Return/Exchange Form in package with items to be returned/exchanged. The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment. COD returns will not be accepted, and Arhaus stores cannot accept returns. You will not be charged for shipping on exchange merchandise.

Sale Merchandise

Unworn Sale merchandise can be returned within 30 days of receipt when accompanied by a completed Return/Exchange form.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before we ship it by contacting us at 1-877-857-4158. Since we do not charge you until items are shipped, no costs will be incurred, and your credit/debit card will not be charged.

Arhaus Jewels Warranty

All Arhaus Jewelry is warranted against manufacturer’s defects. Proof of purchase is required for exchanges or returns.

Natural Gems

The lovely stones set in our jewelry are natural gems whose color and vein patterns vary from stone to stone. By taking advantage of the unique qualities found in each stone, our artisans give every piece of Arhaus jewelry its own character and natural beauty, making your pieces unlike any others.
Sales Tax

Sales Tax must be added to your order if it will be shipped to the following states: [CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MD, MI, MO, NJ, NY, OH, PA, UT, VA]. If you have a question as to the applicable sales tax rate, please see our website or call Customer Service at 1-877-857-4158.

Pricing

Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalog and on our website may be mispriced. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order, refund your payment and notify you of such cancellation. Pricing is subject to change at any time with or without notice.

Checks returned unpaid by your financial institution are subject to a returned check fee of $30 or the maximum allowed by law. Orders paid by check will take longer to process than credit card orders, as the availability of funds must be verified before shipment.
